(гост-р) 中文:俄罗斯国家标准
俄罗斯GOST认证是俄罗斯联邦内的一个有效的质量认证体系，自1995年俄罗斯联邦法律《产品及认证服务法》颁布之后，俄罗斯开始实行产品强制认证制度，对需要提供安全认证的商品从最初的数十种发展到现在数千种，商品上市基本实行准入制，要求国内市场上市撒谎能够品必须有强制认证标志。近年来，俄罗斯逐步加强了进口商品的强制性管理，将产品强制认证扩展到了海关。1999年5月12日，俄联邦国家海关委员会第282号令颁布了“进入俄联邦海关领土需出具强制认有PCT标志的国家标准《商品质量证书》（GOST证书）和《卫生安全证书》，才能进入俄罗斯市场，对于绝大多数中国商品而言，只要获得了俄国家带有PCT标志的GOST证书，就等于拿到了进入俄罗斯国门的通行证. 91年苏联解体后独联体各国都纷纷出台了自己的гост认证证书，基本上都仍旧沿用过去的苏联标准，因此гост标准又称苏联标准
对企业来说，取得前苏联国家的认证证书一方面可以直接上市销售，可以在俄设立委托销售或直接销售,还可长期解决使用证书的问题。一旦通过认证，在三年有效期内，每出口一批产品，领取一份证书复印件，即可作为有效证明保证出口和上市。三是可以使用俄罗斯强制认证标志，提升产品价值，为企业开拓俄罗斯市场提供信誉保证。
目前在俄罗斯实行的商品认证制度是以现行的劳动保护法和维护消费者利益法为依据的，目的是为确保商品对人体健康和环境保护不构成危害，根据商品可能对消费者造成的危害，俄罗斯国家标准委员会制定出哪些商品必须通过强制认证，哪些可以自愿进行认证
强制认证的商品种类颇多，包括食品，烟草，化妆品，香水，个人卫生用品，医疗器械，药品，服装和鞋，家用产品和家用电器，家具，玩具，视听产品，电讯产品，工具，运输工作，汽油和没脂，化工品机械产品等等。
根据俄罗斯法律，商品如果属于强制认证范围，不论是在俄罗斯生产，还是进口，都应依据现行的安全规定通过认证并领取俄罗斯国家标准合格证书（缩写GOST合格证）。没有GOST证书产品不能上市销售，对许多进口产品来说，连海关也不能通过。
办理俄罗斯产品认证程序
首先需要企业准备的资料如下：
1.
企业的营业执照复印件。
2.
本企业ISO900系列证书复印件。
3.
需要认证产品的图片及说明书技术参数。
4.
提供产品在中国办理任何质量证书的复印件。
5.
产品在中国国内的产品合格证复印件。
6.
所有证件的复印件一式两份加盖公章快递给我们。
7.
应该提供贵公司厂房的房屋证明或租赁合同。
8.
认证产品在生产过程中主要使用的设备名单。
9.
产品的工艺流程简介。
10. 原材料和包装材料的卫生证明及检疫结果。
11. 中国国家检疫局所发放的该产品的检疫结果证明。
12. 如果有其他国家质量证书也需要提供。
13. 按俄罗斯国家标准GOST51074-97的要求编写产品包装上所贴的标签。
